Product Description
The new digital Little Wise Set of Anger Affirmation Cards offers a way to help people of all ages to engage with anger in a nurturing, empowering and helpful way that can bring about positive change.
An introduction sets the scene by exploring what anger is; describes a useful way to see anger; looks at brain development; and shares how our mindset can have a fundamental impact on how we view and approach anger. This is followed by 120 printable affirmation cards which help to bring the context provided in the introduction to life. Collectively, the affirmation cards offer an insightful and practical way to help us to work with our mindset and view, manage and engage with angry feelings in a transformative and uplifting way.
This resource has been designed so that it’s suitable for all ages from 5 – 105 (we never stop learning). There’s so much that we can all gain from using and implementing all that this set offers. The 120 affirmation cards are spread across 10 A4 pages, so it’s easy to print them out and have them to hand so they can be used again and again to help reinforce the learning.
As well as being used in the home, this toolkit also works well in a range of different settings such as schools and counselling services.
I have created this set building on the evidence base and my research over the years around CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), reframing, growth mindset and general mental health and wellbeing. It has also been created with a lot of love and thought and I’m so happy it’s now available for people of all ages to use.
Available worldwide.

Reviews
“The Anger Affirmation cards provide so many nuggets of wisdom; I almost feel as if it’s like having your own little guru to refer to, it’s the voice you need in your head when things are getting out of hand. Anger is such a difficult emotion to learn to manage, a lot of the cards talk about different ways of slowing down and recognising the signs that anger is appearing, noticing those sensations, accepting those feelings and then letting them pass. One of my favourite cards talks about saying ‘thank you’ to anger for visiting, acknowledging that anger has come as a means of ‘self protection’ but ultimately the choice is made to handle the situation calmly.
