UK orders via the Little Wise Toys online shop
- Parcels are sent second class via Royal Mail. Postage is a flat rate of £3.00 per order, within the UK (you can order as many kits as you like and the postage costs stays the same per order). Delivery takes between 2-5 working days. However, I usually post orders either on the same day the order was received or the next day, so they arrive nice and promptly.
- Please do double check that correct and full postal addresses are provided at checkout. Unfortunately I will be unable to claim and provide compensation (by way of a refund or resending the toolkits) if they go missing when incorrect or incomplete details are provided and I really want to make sure your items arrive with you safely. While, thankfully, it is an extremely rare occurrence for parcels to go missing, when full and correct details have been provided, I will make sure I post another one out to you.
International orders
- Please do get in touch if you are based outside of the UK and would like to place an international order (my contact details are – littlewisetoys@gmail.com and/or 07970 596766). If you could let me know which toolkits you are interested in, and where you would like them sent, I can let you know the shipping costs. All international orders are sent via a tracked Royal Mail service.
Wholesale orders
- Wholesale orders have free delivery when 24 kits or more are placed. There is a delivery charge of £8.99 for any wholesale orders that are less than 24 units.
